Rebate Guarantee!
This Rebate Guarantee will be added to the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 4.0 (contract to purchase home) and called Special Stipulations.
The following Special Stipulations, if conflicting with any exhibit, addendum, or preceding paragraph, shall control.
1. America’s Choice Real Estate, Inc. agrees to pay a rebate of 1.5% to the buyer(s)identified below after closing on a home that an America's Choice agent acts as the
'Buyers Agent'.
